I've been working 'in radio' for 4 years, and have had quite a variety of positions:
Board-Op, 'Wacky morning-drive sidekick', production assist, program assist, producer, talent booker, and host. Three
different stations, most overlapping at one time or another. I've always wanted to do a music oriented show, and
working at a community radio station allows me to finally do what I want. The current station is an independently owned
and operated commercial radio station. It is a 1000 watt AM station and is technically in the Philadelphia radio
market. AM is somewhat limiting, but with the internet stream, SoundStage1520 can be heard around the world 'in glorious
stereophonic sound'... so says the engineer.
SoundStage1520 brings you the sound of Philadelphia, and the rest
of the Delaware Valley, created by our local and regional singers, songwriters and bands.
